Tammy recently shared with People how life-changing her weight loss journey has been. After losing 440 pounds (31.4 stone), she now weighs 285 pounds (20.6 stone).
“One of the big changes I’ve experienced this past year might seem small to most people,” she told the outlet.
“But for me, it was huge. Being able to walk without a walker or wheelchair, and not needing oxygen—I don’t even sleep with it at night anymore.”
“Then there’s being able to fit in a regular vehicle, sit in the front seat, and use the seatbelt without needing an extender. What might seem minor to some people is huge for me.”
