Happy Returns Of The Day, Paul Rudd!
Once again, the time of year has arrived when the internet collectively ponders the age-old question: Is Paul Rudd immortal?
On April 6th, fans worldwide take a moment to scrutinize numerous pictures of Rudd, searching for any hint of aging. And yet, year after year, it seems as though time has not touched his face.
Despite celebrating his 56th birthday today (happy birthday!), fans are left in awe of his perpetually youthful appearance.

The man simply defies the laws of aging. Having been a prominent figure in the entertainment industry since the early 1990s, there is an abundance of photographic evidence showcasing Rudd’s seemingly eternal youth.
During a Clueless reunion in 2019, Rudd jokingly addressed the question of his agelessness by stating, “I’m 80 years old on the inside. In here, pure darkness — and a little moisturiser.”
In a more recent interview with Instyle in 2022, he attributed his youthful look to regular sunscreen use, emphasizing his concern for skin health over anti-aging effects.
While promoting Ghostbusters: Afterlife in 2021, Rudd playfully remarked, “This is all done with smoke and mirrors. I’m a hologram.”
In a 2023 interview with Men’s Health, Rudd credited the importance of sufficient sleep in maintaining his rejuvenated appearance.

However, despite these practical explanations, social media users continue to speculate about more fantastical reasons for Rudd’s eternal youth.
Theories ranging from his vampiric nature to deals with the devil or the consumption of a life-prolonging elixir dominate online discussions.
