A travel influencer has tragically passed away while trying to create content at a famous scenic location in India.
On Tuesday, July 16, 27-year-old Aanvi Kamdar and her seven friends visited the Kumbhe Waterfall as part of a tourist group.
The popular area is located in the Manjurne province in western India and is considered a tourist hotspot.

It has been reported that Kamdar and her friends chose to visit the spot during monsoon season, hoping to capture its beauty for her 308,000 Instagram followers.
Unfortunately, while filming Reels, the self-proclaimed ‘travel detective’ slipped on some rocks and fell 300 feet into the gorge below.
Emergency services were reportedly contacted immediately, and representatives from both the police and the Coast Guard arrived promptly on the scene.
“As soon as we reached the spot, we realized that the girl had fallen nearly 300 to 350 feet,” said a first responder.
“Even after reaching her, it was challenging to get her up because she was injured and the rain was pouring heavily.”
“So, we decided to use a vertical pulley to get her out.”
Another rescuer, Shantanu Kuveskar, explained that locating the chartered accountant was initially challenging.
After locating her in the gorge below, six rescuers were sent into the pit, while an additional 50 provided assistance from the hilltop.
According to The Times of India, the woman was trapped in the gorge for six hours after her fall.

Kamdar reportedly responded promptly when contacted by authorities and was eventually transported to Mangaon Taluka Government Hospital after some effort.
Unfortunately, she later passed away due to the severity of her injuries.
After the social media star’s passing, fans have flocked to Instagram in large numbers to pay their respects.
In the comments section of Kamdar’s last Reel, one user wrote: “This is heartbreaking. May God bless her soul.”
A second user commented: “I still can’t believe this happened. Aanvi, from all your LinkedIn help to IG ideas—I’m going to miss it all. I’ll always remember your kindness and immense talent.”
Another dismayed fan commented: “RIP. During the time you were with us, you made us laugh, smile, live, and learn. Thank you, and I’m truly sad to hear of your passing.”
